    1. Ranju

Thank you. Ah and what would that reason be? ๐Ÿ˜‰
Wow! So probably we might read it together. ๐Ÿ˜€

      1. rumadak

Yes.. You will know soon Ranju ๐Ÿ™‚

  3. Santosh Namby

Pat of your back too ๐Ÿ™‚
Read Harper Lee ages back…. None of the others though

    1. Ranju

Thank you ๐Ÿ˜€ Do let me know if you come across good authors. ๐Ÿ™‚

      1. Santosh Namby

Depends on what you like reading. For starters, I would (if you have not already read them) recommend Khalil Gibran – Prophet, Jonathan Livingston Seagull, Animal Farm, 1984, Living with the Himalayan Masters, Autobiography of a yogi, In the name of the father – A.J.Quinnel ๐Ÿ™‚

        1. Ranju

I have been looking forward to reading Kahlil Gibran. I read Animal Farm recently and loved the satire. ๐Ÿ™‚ The rest I will try for sure. I guess I have a couple of them at home. ๐Ÿ™‚

          1. Santosh Namby

I am a Khalil Gibran ‘Prophet’ fan. I use his verse and quotes in my photography and writings. You can read it on the go, please go to the link
I hope you love it as much as I do…

          2. Ranju

I have read a few Khalil Gibran quotes and I wa looking for someone who would tell me more about them. Thanks a ton! ๐Ÿ˜€

          3. Santosh Namby

Actually I have to be honest with you… I have only read the Prophet… I did not need to go any further… It answered so many questions about life and living, that I probably need to live more to get to the other books… I have probably gifted more copies of the Prophet than any other ๐Ÿ™‚
Wish I could send you one as well….
PS: Until I can send you a physical copy, please go to the online link and enjoy

          4. Ranju

I went through the link yesterday. Had a glimpse of a few. Beautiful. I want to read them in peace ๐Ÿ™‚

  4. Santosh Namby

the previous entry should read “pat on your back too”
rushing to get ready for work and still reading blogs, this is what happens….
    have a nice day…

    1. Ranju

That calls for a pat on your back. ๐Ÿ˜€ For Rushing to work and reading blogs ๐Ÿ™‚

  5. teny

There was this nice collection of all three books of THG at Crossword Lulu, and there was a nice free bag with the Mockingjay bird logo in gold – you can check if an offer is there because the bag has been very useful for me ๐Ÿ˜€ Btw, I found the second book of the series the best ๐Ÿ™‚
Did you like Divergent? It is not up-to the level of The Hunger Games, but still pretty good, I thought.
You are a regular watcher of Game of Thrones?

    1. Ranju

I would just love to go to a bookstore, grab all the books I want and walkout. And that bag offer tempts me all the more. But at present it is not possible since I am pichha ๐Ÿ˜›
So I see you’re neck deep into fantasy books too. Glad! Very glad! ๐Ÿ˜€
I liked Divergent. I haven’t read hunger games, so I was spared that comparison. Creating a whole new world while giving importance to every factor requires skill. Veronica Roth has done that very well.
Yep. GOT Regular watcher in the sense, I got the first four seasons from a friend. And I was addicted. But my season 4 lacks the last 3 episodes and the suspense is killing me. Gotta watch it asap. Meanwhile, I guess season 5 has begun. ๐Ÿ™‚

      1. teny

Picha is temporary, right? ๐Ÿ˜› But THG stays forever ๐Ÿ˜€
Do watch the Insurgent movie coming up this year ๐Ÿ™‚
I have only got Season 3 from my cousin, and the result is that just like Jon Snow, I know nothing ๐Ÿ˜›

        1. Ranju

Well, for a while Picha is permanent coz I need to clear my exams.
I will watch the movie only after I read the book. ๐Ÿ˜› Else, I’ll lose the feels. (I’m prejudiced that way)
          Hehe. So you didn’t watch 1 & 2? ๐Ÿ˜ฎ ๐Ÿ˜ฎ ๐Ÿ˜ฎ Nahiiiiii

          1. teny

Just temporarily permanent then – fair ๐Ÿ˜€
For me, it works both ways – like THG: Catching Fire worked better with watching the movie first, even as usually it is the other way around for me too ๐Ÿ˜€
No, I just watched the third and understood not many things. The dragon lady was the most interesting character then ๐Ÿ˜€

          2. Ranju

Of course! She was an interesting character. But you lost so much of the fun, twist and suspense! I forbid you from watching GOT midway and just find season 1 and begin all over again! I wish I could erase your memory. *Obliviate* ๐Ÿ™

          3. teny

My cousin has offered me the season one, but he is always missing whenever he comes to Cochin from Bangalore. By the time he gets me GOT, I might have forgot them all ๐Ÿ˜€ ๐Ÿ˜›

          4. Ranju

Best! You don’t download them? If you cant, I can give them to you.

          5. teny

My download is a long story ๐Ÿ™ – how is it possible to reach here?

          6. Ranju

Me no coming to perumbavoor ๐Ÿ˜› if u hav a hard disk and plan to come to ekm, I could bring my hard disk n give.

          7. teny

Actually, if I have a hard disc and you have another one, how is the data transfer possible without a system? ๐Ÿ˜€

          8. Ranju

Ee kutty! I also intended to bring the laptop.

          9. teny

A 32GB USB drive will be enough right? ๐Ÿ˜€
I think that an FB add would be more appropriate in that case. I see mutual friends ๐Ÿ˜›

          10. Ranju

I doubt it. Maybe one season could fit in it. Not more. Yep sure. I’ll send a req.

          11. teny

I can come up with more than one then ๐Ÿ˜€
Sent the request myself because your profile should be easier to find ๐Ÿ™‚ FB asks if I actually know this person ๐Ÿ˜›

          12. Ranju

Really FB asked you? Weird! We just have one mutual friend.

          13. teny

Yes, it is usually asked when there is no mutual friend. We have two B-)
